Today we offer a complete new build service, from design to completion. All our new builds have been constructed to the latest NHBC specification and more recently to comply with the new code for sustainable homes.

RCP have completed many traditional brick built, timber framed houses and more recently structural green oak framed homes.
Renewable Energy Systems
Due to the new Code For Sustainable Homes set out by Government regulations, all new build homes must meet the renewable energy criteria set out in the code. All of our new builds meet and exceed this code. With extensive experience in renewable energy RCP will make sure you understand and are aware of the criteria.
We install cost-saving, energy efficient, renewable energy systems, including underfloor heating, domestic hot water solar panels as well as air and ground source heat pumps.
